They have predicted some heavy rain falls over the weekend and we hope everyone stays safe. Please ensure all drains and gutters are clear from any debris that may inhibit water flow.
We have the administration team ready to answer your call, at any time night or day, if your rental property suffers any urgent problem with your drainage, electrical or gas, so we can brainstorm solutions with the correct services.
Alternatively, if for some reason you are unable to reach us, the Capital Plumbing/Electrical/Maintenance team are available on 1300 785 936, and they will troubleshoot with you and dispatch the nearest plumber or electrician to the property, whichever is required, if they feel necessary at the appropriate time.
For any roof leaks that are causing damage to the property, it is best to call the S.E.S. service WITHOUT DELAY on 13 25 00 as they can safely get onto the roof and put tarps in place. This is essential to make safe, ensure your safety and to minimise any damage or expense to the property.

* Prepare for evacuation.
* Check your neighbours.
* Pet emergency planning.
* Make sure all loose or flying objects are secure.

It is a tenant responsibility to report any property matters immediately to the property manager or appropriate service as a preventative measure.
